Abstract
The study was begun during winter term. Four trials were sampled from each of four lens case types. The types included hard lens case, soft lens case, disposable lens case, and a control case. T.he bacteria isolated from each lens case type are to be identified to genus and species using microbiological identification tests. Once the identification process is complete, a research paper will be constructed on the predominant bacterial species found. A daily journal of the project will be compiled along with the research paper and a detailed laboratory report.
