Abstract
This paper will evaluate the feasibility of President Vicente Fox's plans for the future of Mexico and some of the important economic factors that will influence the outcome of these plans. Also included is an evaluation of the organization management techniques most appropriate for Mexican workers. An increase in foreign investment in Mexico and a lack of quality education for many citizens suggests that proper human resource management is and will continue to be extremely important to the development and growth of the country's economy.
