Abstract
The primary aim of this project was to identify and describe the muscles present in the human shoulder and arm through the process of dissection. The origins, insertions, and functions of each muscle along with the blood and nerve supply to each will be discussed. Drawings of superficial muscle layers have been included. After completion of this project, the cadaver will eventually be used in Human Anatomy class as a teaching aid for learning about the composition of the human body.
