Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the past and current problems with the United Nations Security Council and provide a working solution from which the organization can prosper. The first section will give a brief history of the UN and provide several examples of past trials. The second section discusses several potential solutions that have already been suggested, either by UN members or other international scholars. The final section will provide analysis and a brand new solution that I am proposing. All tables and information found in this last section have been created as aids to help visualize the changes that I am suggesting.
